Job Description: The Project Coordinator serves as a vital link between the executive leadership and various departments within operations. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with strategic objectives. The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the successful implementation of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: -

Project Management Support: 

  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and department heads to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines. 
  • Assist in the development of project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. 

Communication Liaison: 

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive leadership team and project teams. 
  • Facilitate effective communication channels, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed on project status, milestones, and changes. 

Documentation and Reporting: 

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project schedules.
  • Generate regular progress reports for the executive team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Skills Required:

- Excellent Communicator

- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills

- Proactive Orientation

- Strong ability to identify risks/issues/changes, self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

- Diagramming and flowing charting skills

Skills Preferred:

- High level knowledge of operational infrastructure projects preferred

- Smartsheet

- Knowledge Areas - PM methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, Agile, Hybrid)

Experience Required: 2+ year of project coordinator and/or project management experience

Education Required:

-2+ year of project coordinator and/or project management experience

- High level knowledge of operational infrastructure projects preferred

- Smartsheet

- Knowledge Areas - PM methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, Agile, Hybrid)

-HS Diploma

Education Preferred: Bachelors degree
