Position Overview Provide administrative support to VP of Preconstruction, Project Executives, Preconstruction Managers, Estimators and Project Managers, manage preconstruction project tracking in Monday.com. Serve as a liaison between internal team, architects, municipalities, and third-party utility companies. Preconstruction Project Coordinator will report to Vice President of Preconstruction. Functions of Position • Create new projects in Monday.com after a new Phased Development Agreement is signed. • Oversee all LGE Projects in AZ, CA & TX • Coordinate closely with preconstruction, design & engineering teams to establish initial project milestones from initial site plan through obtaining building permits. • Obtain updates through city websites and contacting city reviewers direct. • Establish contacts and relationships with municipalities • Request permit fees o File formal & informal requests for city fee estimates o Calculate & request fees for 3rd party utility groups • Manage obtaining Title Reports, Surveys & Will Serve Letters on all projects • Manage weekly meeting with the Architectural Division Project Managers to review project updates • Coordinate daily with design teams for project updates, milestone changes & updates to overall project schedules. • Work closely with Project Executives to coordinate weekly or bi-weekly meetings with outside Architects to include Preconstruction, Project Executive and Architects. • Review city comments and communications to identify all required submittals and 3rd party submittals to build an accurate schedule that identifies all potential submittals. • Follow up with preconstruction, estimators, contract coordinators, project executives to confirm milestone completions are updated in Monday.com • Build template for weekly update to all clients. Provide update to Project Executives • Coordinate early in the project with preconstruction to establish long lead items. Notify the team weekly of upcoming early release items. • Maintain monthly status of projects that have been placed on hold or slowed by the client.
