WHO YOU ARE:

Brand Ambassador. A passionate culture-driver who will help create an amazing employee experience. The HR Business Partner (“HRBP”) will be responsible for ensuring local market HR plans are aligned with divisional and company priorities. You will partner with both divisional & functional stakeholders to further both business and talent priorities. You will be the go-to partner and coach to team members across your division, in all functions of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

In this role, you will champion a People-First culture while reinforcing the unwavering commitment to compliance, safety, and customer success. As the trustworthy HR leader, you will be the driver of best practices in employee relations, employment practices, and positive cultural engagement. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure each division has action plans for people and culture initiatives that are engaging, collaborative in design, and of a high standard to steadily attract, retain, and build the capabilities of team members.
  • Develop, implement cultural change strategies, and action plans to support organizational transformation. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in and alignment with change initiatives.
  • Lead divisional investigation work, practicing good judgement in gaining resource assistance as needed to close out investigations in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Consistently have your pulse on employee hotline data and act swiftly.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law requirements, reducing legal risk, and ensuring compliance. Partner with?outside counsel as needed.
  • Own both voluntary and involuntary offboarding processes, including exit interviews for salaried employees.
  • Enhance current talent management practices, including goal setting, employee review, feedback, calibration/talent review?processes, staffing as it relates to engagement, attendance, and turnover, as well as tracking practices.
  • Proactively identify, create, and deliver learning & development?training.
  • Provide guidance on and execute business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession?planning.
  • Own performance management process, including coaching plans and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Lead?Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and?other?employee engagement?initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership based on semiannual engagement surveys to analyze, understand, and act upon employee?feedback.
  • This position requires compliance with company policies and procedures. Specific goals and expectations will be established on an annual basis and continually measured in the following categories:
  • Reduction in turnover rate.
  • Improvements in training and awareness.
  • Improvements in employee relations.
  • Increase Retention and Engagement.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Active Driver's License.
  • 5+?years of Human Resources / Talent experience.
  • Experience with high volume frontline workforce in the Human Resources space.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and ability to think out of the box.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment law.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building?skills.
  • Tangible organizational and critical thinking skills.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • HR Certification.
  • Industry experience or similar environment.
  • Bilingual a plus.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position requires travel between your home office and different facilities with different working shifts within your assigned geographic area. The working conditions in each facility range from wet, hot, and cold environments, which require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”), such as hard hat, boots, goggles, etc.


SALARY RANGE: $92,000 to $110,000
