Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, packing orders, inventory assistance, and documenting any updates and/or modifications.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing daily product receipts within MyOrders. Assisting in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations. Directly involved with daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders. Follows companies ISO : Procedures Ensures all inbound product is signed off with correct piece count, shortages, overages or damaged product noted. Ensures the product per the vendor packing slips and vendor part numbers coincide with part numbers per the customer order. Notates any updates or modifications to a customer order. Assist with tracking product in/out of lab and staging areas. Ensures customer orders ship with proper documents (packing slips, commercial invoice, SDS sheet, etc.) Ensures each shipment is packaged properly and secured with packing materials. Ensures any RMA issues reported and tracked. Must have complete training in Lithium Ion/Metal Battery and can properly handle/store and ship UN Battery related product per IATA guidelines. Ensures daily security of the warehouse area, alarms, dock doors, exit doors. Has a full understanding of area of responsibility in the overall distribution flow so that continuous improvements can be made due to the ever changing volumes or modifications in the business. Education and Experience:

High school or equivalent degree required. Knowledge of various carriers, shipping, receiving methods required. Experience in receiving, staging, packing and shipping in a warehouse environment required. Outlook, Word, Excel, general computer skills a must. Pallet jack and Forklift experience
