Position Overview:

As an Order Allocation Specialist at Q LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring that all orders are allocated according to customer needs and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Accurately process and allocate customer orders, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled according to priority and customer specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is available to meet order demands while minimizing overstock or stockouts.
  • Coordination with Production Team: Work closely with the production team to ensure that orders are aligned with production schedules and that any potential delays are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Customer Communication: Provide customers with updates on their order status, including any delays or changes, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Order Prioritization: Assess and prioritize orders based on factors such as customer urgency, inventory availability, and production schedules.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all orders, inventory levels, and communications in the company's order management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the order allocation process and work with the team to implement more efficient practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in order management, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with order management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the firearms industry is a plus.
