Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• (1-2) year of similar work experience

Facilities
· Under the direction of the ABM Account Manager and/or Client's Facilities Manager:
o Respond to daily requests and incidents (via ServiceNow) as assigned by ABM Account Manager or Client's Facility Manager
o Conducts spot and paint and patch repairs
o Perform carpentry when necessary.
o Replace and repair building finishes such as door hardware, ceiling tiles, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment.
o Perform daily site inspections and prioritize maintenance, as appropriate.
o Assist Client's Facilities Manager with monitoring contractor performance and work closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications and standards
o Respond, assign and close the work orders in a timely manner and ensure that SLAs are being met.
o Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the Client's Facilities Manager.
Janitorial
· Under the direction of the ABM Account Manager:
o Janitorial Inspections - Conducts daily Janitorial Inspections. Reviews the Inspection Reports with the ABM Account Manager
o Janitorial Safety Inspections SWOPs - Conducts and completes Janitorial Safety Inspections SWOPs
Events
· Under the direction of the (ABM Account Manager and/or ABM Studio Coordinator) and/or (Client's Events/Studio Manager):
o Provide facility support for events and meetings, including physical movement of furniture, equipment, boxes and materials as needed. Conference room set-ups, desk relocations, and changes to set-ups around the office.
o Work closely and assist ABM Studio Coordinator to plan and execute events workload.
