POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and standards, both internally and externally. This role requires a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Compliance team support requests by responding to Franchise Partners via the Burn Support Portaland Compliance Inbox.  Audit Burn Boot Camp locations through social media, systems audits, etc. to identify and investigate violations. Determine proper measures for course correction for all compliance violations.  Conduct investigations into compliance violations, complaints, or concerns. Influence Franchise Partner adoption of thecorrective action plans and monitor implementation to prevent recurrence. Respond and investigate alleged violations of policies and brand standards received by BSP or any other method.  Communicates directly with Franchise Partners to address any compliance concerns or brand standards concerns that may arise.  Execute, deliver, and document compliance notices and address locations in default of Franchise Agreements.  Maintain documentation of all compliance activities in internal systems, schedule and manage follow-up actions.  Support Field Support team through pipeline management.  Conduct compliance training sessions for Franchise Partners to ensure understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
