  • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling:
    • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules using FIIX CMMS software.
    • Prioritize work orders based on urgency, equipment criticality, and resource availability.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and personnel are available for scheduled work.
    • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen breakdowns or changes in production requirements.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Utilize Coupa for procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Work Order Management:
    • Generate, track, and close work orders within FIIX, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.
    • Analyze work order data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing  
  • Proficiency in using Coupa for procurement and inventory management - preferred
  • Experience with FIIX or similar CMMS software for work order management and maintenance scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
