Location: DFW Airport area

Salary: $32.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time - Contract Position until January

Job Description: As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will work closely with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans, track work orders, and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Track and manage work orders, ensuring all tasks are documented and completed.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
