Busy, local office is looking for someone for their Administrative/Accounting Support position.  This Administrative Assistant will assist with the day-to-day admin and accounting tasks, billing, reports, posting to accounts, reconciling accounts, correspondence, emails, data entry etc. This is a great position who likes a variety of clerical and accounting duties.




This is a long term, full time, temp to hire position and the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Company provides a contribution towards medical benefits.  

Requirements:

Proficiency in Word, Excel and QuickBooks

Previous knowledge and experience in accounting 

Good analytical skills

High attention to detail

Excellent communication skills
