What you’ll need for this position:

Proficiency in external for-profit audit and assurance services CPA license preferred, if not licensed must have met requirements to be eligible for the CPA 2+ years of experience in public accounting Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or a related field A track record of successfully leading and mentoring other team members while leading projects Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, including responsibility for client deliverables Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex financial information Desire to work in a progressive environment that rewards innovation and entrepreneurship Desire and ability to identify trends and patterns in client information and financials, identifying potential problems and bringing them to the supervisor’s attention Ability to build relationships and gain opportunities with clients from various industries as you provide leading-edge audit and consulting services Proficiency in software and cloud-based tools, including Microsoft Excel A willingness to travel overnight up to 15-20% Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis upon hire. Must be located in the US for remote work

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $95,000.

Remote Eligibility: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested/required by the firm and/or your supervisor.
