MUST LIVE WITHIN 2 HOUR OF SAN DIEGO FOR THIS REMOTE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner. Customize customer service approach to meet all types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines providing appropriate and accurate information. Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner. Regularly participate in team meetings and training. Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

Effective communication skills (verbal and written), high level attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work Computer savvy = experience using MS Office and ability to juggle multiple open computer windows at a time required Comfortable working in a virtual environment. This may include online training and chat interactions while on the job Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Bilingual candidates (Spanish / French) encouraged to apply

Other Details to Know:

This team is hiring for seasonal work, however there IS plenty of growth opportunity Individuals performing well during the busy season will be invited to stay on as permanent employees... ALL of their current supervisors and many managers started out as seasonal colleagues in roles like these This role does not involve weekend work - this department works standard business hours of 6am-7pm, with extended hours during busy season This role is REMOTE, but you must live within 2 hours of the client site in San Diego (must be willing to travel onsite for your first day, but additional training will be remote)Onsite schedules also available
