Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Management Analyst/Admin to support our Defense Logistics Agency partnership in Fort Belvoir, VA.

This role requires an active Secret Clearance and is 100% on site 5 days a week.

Candidate shall support includes but is not limited to the following:

Calendar Management: Complex Scheduling: Coordinate schedules across directorate or multiple divisions, managing conflicting priorities and ensuring alignment with the director’s availability. Email and Communication Management: Centralized Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for communication across directorate or division. Routine Correspondence: Handle routine and recurring communications, ensuring timely responses. Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and messaging. Monitor shared email boxes or tracking systems and staff taskings (with guidance) and track for completion. Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries. Meeting Preparation: Agenda Setting: Prepare agendas and briefing materials for division-wide meetings and strategy sessions. Minutes and Follow-Up: Document meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items. Document Management: Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain and organize a comprehensive document repository, including strategic plans, reports, and correspondence. Report Compilation: Assist in compiling and formatting directorate or division-wide reports and presentations. Consolidate inputs from multiple sources to develop a document or briefing. Input data for consolidation or management. Manage action items and track to completion. Coordinate presentations ensuring equipment is available and set up for meetings, speaking engagements, training, etc. Conduct studies or analyses for trends in various areas.  Office Management: Resource Coordination: Oversee office operations and coordinate resources and supplies across multiple divisions. Other administrative duties as assigned and agreed to by the COR and the contractor Other administrative duties as assigned and agreed to by the COR and the contractor Consolidating inputs from multiple sources to develop a document or briefing. Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and messaging. Create desk guides or standard operating procedures for administrative job roles within the Organization. Coordinate the presentations ensuring equipment is available and set up for meetings, speaking engagements, training, etc. Support CAPER user management, reporting, and limited analysis. Create desk guides or SOPs for administrative job roles within the organization.

Education

Must have at least a high school diploma. BA/BS preferred.

Experience

Must have at least two years of experience providing administrative support to directors and managers
