About the Position:

The U.S. Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center is seeking highly skilled Program Analysts to join their Research and Technology Integration (RTI) Business and Operations Division, Financial Management and Accounting Branch. These positions are located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, or Fort Belvoir, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze program progress and resource utilization.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of functional programs and program planning, evaluation, analysis, and budgeting techniques.
  • Present and verify data, techniques, methodologies, and formats associated with budget and program development.
  • Develop and maintain databases and systems containing program data, funding data, and other key information.
  • Formulate and coordinate input to planning documents, such as Business Plans and Support Agreements.
  • Provide advice and consultation on assigned programs, exchange information with other personnel/organizations, and represent the organization at conferences and meetings.

Evaluation Criteria:

You will be evaluated on your level of competency in the following areas:

  • Providing analysis and recommendations to leadership on program planning and execution.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet short suspense requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Rapidly adapting to changes in mission and requirements.
  • Working with and across multi-disciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed.

Conditions of Employment:

1. One Program Analyst position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

2. One Program Analyst position is a TOP SECRET WITH SCI position, requiring a Single Scope Background Investigation and periodic drug testing.

3. Both positions require temporary duty (TDY) travel less than 25% of the time.

4. Persons born after 31 December 1959 and assigned the gender of male at birth must be registered for Selective Service.
