Responsibilities

Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to build a robust pipeline.

Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored advice for optimal coverage.

Sales Execution: Present and sell insurance solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Policy Customization: Design insurance plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are documented and comply with regulatory standards.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed guidance to clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights and strategize on sales approaches.


Requirement

Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas Property & Casualty License or obtain it within a specified timeframe.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing exceptional service and meeting client needs.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing both in-office and remote tasks effectively.

Team Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues.
