Job Description: As a Customer Service Associate at Global Partners, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to build and maintain strong relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer information and order details into the system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.

Sales Support:

  • Inform customers about product availability, promotions, and special offers.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate, contributing to the company’s sales goals.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with customers after interactions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team to help improve service quality.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of customer service activities as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
