Our healthcare client seeks a Workday Grants & Customer Accounts Lead. The role starts ASAP with a duration of 18+ months

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Grants & Customer Accounts workstreams for a large complex healthcare organization. Responsible for overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Grant Management and Customer Accounts modules, ensuring project deliverables are met within the stipulated timelines and budget. The consultant will engage with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the Workday solution aligns with the client's objectives. The consultant will lead the configuration of the Workday modules to fulfill client-specific needs, enhancing functionality and user experience. The consultant will work with the integrations and data conversion teams to integrate with other systems and and to manage the data migration to ensure accuracy and system compatibility. Additionally, the role involves developing and delivering user training to facilitate effective adoption and providing ongoing support to optimize system utilization. The consultant will also work with reporting & analytics teams to provide tools to create insightful reports and dashboards, aiding in decision-making processes, and ensuring the implementation adheres to industry best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Workday Grant Management Certification is required The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for those possessing a master's degree or Workday certifications. A solid track record in implementing Workday Financial Management, particularly the Grant Management and Customer Accounts modules, is essential. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of Workday's configuration options. Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting business requirements and developing effective solutions. Excellent communication skills are required for engaging with various stakeholders, and proven project management experience is essential for ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
