We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team, focusing on assisting nonprofit organizations with payment processing via inbound calls. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless payment experience for our clients, fostering positive relationships with nonprofit organizations, and supporting our mission to empower communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls from nonprofit organizations regarding payment processing inquiries and issues.
- Assist clients in completing payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and providing clear explanations of our payment processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our payment systems, policies, and nonprofit organizational needs.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related issues and enhance service delivery.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our payment services and promote additional resources as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to address any further inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and payment processing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Passion for supporting nonprofit organizations and understanding their unique needs.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a call center. 1+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
