We’re seeking an entry-level Permitting Coordinator to join our North Raleigh division. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the homebuilding industry.


Our Permitting Coordinator obtains home building permit applications to begin construction on our customers’ dream homes. No experience needed; we will train you



Responsibilities:

  • Completing and organizing necessary documents for the permitting process
  • Ordering blueprints, surveys, and other necessary documents for home building permit applications
  • Maintaining permit tracking report
  • Following up weekly on permit applications
  • Dropping off/Picking-up homebuilding permit applications. Reliable transportation required

 

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to confidently and clearly communicate with homeowners, vendors, and county personnel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt with a positive attitude

Compensation:

This is an entry-level position with competitive entry-level pay commensurate with experience and qualifications. Please note that there are no benefits associated with this position.
