Campers Inn RV is looking for RV Sales Associate. This role is responsible for following our trusted door to deal sales process to sell new and used RVs with the highest quality of customer service.

Essential Job Functions

Follow our trusted door to deal sales processWork with an Industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experienceConduct effective demonstration of unitsWorking knowledge of each product being soldClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerGenerate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organizationStay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventoryBe enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and managementAttend RV Shows and location events as needed

 Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications:Valid driver’s license and good driving record is requiredMust be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulationsExperience:A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred Abilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekendsAbility to multi task in a fast paced environmentReliable and strong work ethic Commitment to superior customer serviceAbility to work independently as well as on a teamKnowledge or ability to learn computer company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office and other software as applicable Ability to move RVs of various sizesAbility to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bendingAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
