SummaryofthePosition:

SupportstheCapitalMarketsLOBRiskManager in organizing the group’soversightofandmanagement of leadingrisk management practices, meeting compliance and regulatory mandates, developing risk management and model governancetoolsandinterfacingwithinternalauditand,externalaudit,andregularlyinterfacingwithRisk,Compliance, Audit, and Accounting and Finance functions.

PrimaryFunctionsofthePosition:

·AssistwithCapitalMarketsGrouppolicyupdatesandreviewsincludingfull overhaulsofexistingpolicieswhere necessary based on current statutory guidance and market-based best practices.

·AssisttheCapitalMarketsGroupincorporatingnewstatutoryrequirementsormarket-basedbestpracticesas they pertain to the Capital Markets group.

·WorkwithCapitalMarketsmodelingteamtounderstandandsynthesizecomplexmodelingandanalyticsinto dashboards for reporting to senior management and board of directors.

·TrackmetricsforinitiativesorstrategiesundertakenbytheCapitalMarketsgrouptoensureaccurateassessment of decision making.

·WorkwiththeBank’sRiskGrouponModelRiskManagementrelatedtoCapitalMarketslineofbusinessmodels.

·Preparingriskreportsandanalysistosupportmanagementinfulfillingtheiroversightresponsibilities.

·Assistinpreparingmaterialandresourcesforregulatoryexaminations,committeemeetings,andadhoc requests.

Qualifications

EducationandExperienceRequirements:

·Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Economics,Finance,orAccounting.

·1to2yearsexperienceinbankingorrelatedfinancialservices.

·Familiaritywithbankingregulatorybodiesandterminology.

·ExperienceworkingintheBankingindustryishighlypreferred.
