Description/Comment:
The Vendor Support Specialist will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and handle confidential data. It requires a desire to learn, the ability to build and maintain relationships and acquire a deep understanding of the vendor management space. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, and able to work effectively at various levels of the organization.

The Vendor Support Specialist will work with area leaders to drive specific efforts to completion, track status, communicate and ensure on-time delivery. Establish timelines and manage assets to meet key milestone deliverables Deliverables to include Vendor Engagement Portal (VEP), Third Party Enablement (PE), Third Party Office (PO), Forecast Engineering Management Analytics (FEMA), and Supplier Partnerships & Ops Technology (SPOT -- FKA VMO) related workflows and enhancements, database transfer, and any additional leadership requests. Create and maintain comprehensive asset tracking activities to monitor and report on delivery progress Document ways of working and other information to help establish new processes Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner Hold key stakeholders accountable for deliverables Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization Influence and direct work of others with or without formal authority  Responsibilities:
Support Technology Project and Program Governance Program Research and report on project management practices, services, impacts to data quality, consistency and overall value to the company Document and report on existing practices with Technology teams to stay abreast of existing practices and challenges with compliance Review and analyze projects and programs. Draft and help implement recommended improvements to process and procedures for projects. Participate in policy creation and management. Analyze potential impacts of policy choices under consideration. Participate in project review processes to verify projects and teams are in line with standard, policies and best practices Identify and document potential gaps in policies, procedures, and project governance solutions Provide Project Management Process Support Review campaigns for alignment with internal policies and external regulations Educate teams on existing best practices and standards Support Project Managers with reviews and analysis of project data Review requests for enhancements to project management standards Support on demand requests and shifting organizational priorities Work closely with technology leadership to understand needs/challenges, assess potential impacts, and assist with compliance  Basic Qualifications:
Basic knowledge/experience in relevant technologies, such as: + years project and product management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication Solid organizational skills and ability to juggle and prioritize projects and tasks Strong attention to detail Team player that works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions Comfortable communicating with partners at all levels Flexible to change while able to manage and support multiple efforts concurrently Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative to manage day-to-day workflow with minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working both virtually and in-person when needed  Preferred Qualifications Individuals should be agile focused and can take on scrum activities associated with the development of the products in running grooming, planning, standup and alignment sessions. Experience in working with My Jira to create quick views around roadmaps and sprints including backlog refinement. Smartsheet experience preferred will help showcase all the product work in the app’s enhancement space. Dashboarding experience in PowerBI would be a plus Comfortable utilizing My Jira Ability to influence stakeholders Experience managing technical projects Product Management  Required Education BA or equivalent
