We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in PA, Pittsburgh – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leading a Wealth Management centralized operational group supporting cash movement from investment management accounts. The position is fast paced and detail oriented.
- Responsible for facilitating movement of cash via foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks and internal transfers.
- The position entails working closely with internal policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure proper adherence to policy.
- Responsible for ensuring all daily work is completed, meeting all deadlines, as well as training and coaching staff, tracking performance and all employee oversight.
- Work closely with internal technology teams to support, enhance and troubleshoot systems.
- Prepare reporting (scheduled and ad-hoc), identify trends, problem solve and handle escalated and urgent issues.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience with cash movement and/or Investment Management accounts is preferred.
