SUMMARY
To coordinate and administer install operations and compliance related programs. To provide install operational support working cross-functionally.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily business system maintenance, reporting, data clean-up, and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality in areas that include but are not limited to payroll and safety compliance within the Install and Operations Teams. Assist with install operations support, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, and accommodating ad-hoc user requests.Manage a detailed calendar of initiatives; coordinating communication between install operations and internal partners
Support the development, documentation, implementation and performance tracking for CORO locations (that can be leveraged by ARO) with regard to compliance-related activities including local permitting, EPA Lead Safe Work Practices, installation practices related to air and water management, PCI, building permits, safety, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with MS Office suite of tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge of CRM tool(s) (e.g. Salesforce.com) is a plus.
Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
