Director Of Human Resources

Responsibilities:Deliverables:
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that fills key roles within 30 days of posting.
- Review and update the employee handbook and policies on an annual basis to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Implement a formal performance management system that includes annual reviews and mid-year check-ins.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver an employee training and development plan annually.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws and regulations relevant to Texas.
KPIs:
- Time to Fill Positions: Achieve an average time-to-fill of 30 days for key roles.
- Turnover Rate: Maintain an annual voluntary turnover rate below 10% or less.
- Employee Satisfaction: Achieve an employee satisfaction rate of 85% or higher in annual engagement surveys.
- Compliance: Zero compliance violations or penalties related to labor and employment laws.
- Training Participation: Ensure 75% of employees complete at least one formal training program per year.
- Performance Reviews: Ensure 95% completion of annual performance reviews by March every year.
- Family-Owned Business Experience - Preferred
- 3-5 Years of experience in upper-level HR Management
- Candidates should be excellent communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be willing to take a hands-on approach and be ready to roll their sleeves up. Position is a new position, so you can not be afraid to start from scratch.
- SRHM Certification a plus.
