This role is tailored for a sophisticated, entrepreneurial-minded individual passionate about design, architecture, or showroom excellence. You will create unparalleled customer experiences, guiding clients through the journey of discovering and acquiring their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales Generation
Cultivate relationships with high-end clientele and industry professionals, including realtors, architects, and interior designers. Leverage design technology to provide clients with a vivid visualization of their future home. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the luxury and precision of SHAWOOD homes.Customer Experience
Deliver an ongoing exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the purchase agreement through key Customer Touchpoints and service programs. Promptly respond to all internet leads, caller, and chat inquiries with informative and engaging communication. Build rapport with prospective buyers, answering questions and guiding them through the discovery process with a personalized approach.Sales Performance
Achieve monthly sales goals by sourcing leads from client referrals, professional networks, and marketing campaigns. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services to ensure continuous innovation. Engage in continual improvement of consultative sales skills and effective behaviors through company learning and external opportunities.Trusted Advisor Role
Master the role of Trusted Advisor, assisting prospects and customers in making confident decisions throughout the buying process. Understand and deliver the unique SHAWOOD experience from the initial meeting through all critical client touchpoints.Skills and Competencies
Design Expertise
Strong background in architectural design, interior design, or a related field. Ability to understand and articulate design principles, trends, and aesthetics. A natural feel for impeccable design, creativity, and a passion for all things beautiful.Sales Acumen
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate industry. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that highlight the design features of the homes.Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex design concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand and appreciate.Customer Engagement
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential buyers. Experience in conducting design presentations and walkthroughs.Marketing Knowledge
Understanding of marketing strategies and tools to promote the design aspects of homes. Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns.Negotiation Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle objections and turn potential negatives into positives.Experience
Relevant Industry Experience
Experience in the homebuilding, real estate, or design industry. Previous roles that combine both sales and design responsibilities.Project Management
Experience managing design projects from concept to completion. Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with sales goals.Team Collaboration
