The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the Front Office, Bell Services and Drivers, Concierge, Retail and Beach staff in an attentive, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. In addition to front office responsibilities.

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort style hotel.

Other responsibilities include:

Maintain positive guest relations at all timesResolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfactionOversee the check-in/check-out processMaintain complete knowledge of all hotel standards, policies and eventsEnsure that current information on rates, packages and promotions is available at the Front Desk and that all staff is knowledgeable on suchWork with Rooms Division Manager to review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions to best expedite these situationsHelp prepare and adjust weekly work schedulesEnsure that staff report to work as scheduled, coordinate breaks for staff, assign work duties to staff
