Recruits, leads, and develops the management team and crew to deliver guest superb levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Builds sales and operates a highly profitable restaurant. Works with Owner Operator, Director and Supervisors to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. Key customers include crew, management team and guests.
