Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Satisfaction and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention, including regular communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Leasing Management: Manage the leasing process, including marketing, lead generation, and lease execution, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the apartment complexes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure the physical condition of the apartment complexes meets or exceeds company standards.
  • Marketing and Leasing Effectiveness: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive leasing activity and improve occupancy rates.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of management experience required; property management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to manage customers and/or situations in an ethical and professional manner, knowledge of property management software, and valid driver's license.
