SUMMARY: Reporting to the VP of Sales this position compiles and maintains records of business transactions andoffice activities by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoicing and reconciliation of all OEM tooling and samples Monthly reporting responsibilities including price accruals, tool amortization values, ship history, raw material, and open monies Customer contract processing; track discrepancies Provide support for HAM finance team  Job Management Administrator for all tooling, sample, launch, industrialization, capital and miscellaneous orders Monthly Sales Forecast (volume updates and monthly part price changes) Tooling Invoice Report / Schedule Program Financial updates Parts listing updates Budget, Sales Coordination, & Strategic Plan forecasts Receive in invoices for BSS (Auburn Hills) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; 8-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive accounting experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. COMPUTER SKILLS:

Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet applications. Must be familiar with internet research, Microsoft Office software, and the use of e-mail.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
