The Role

Support the VTS Field Service and Service Sales teams by scheduling field service repairs of vacuum equipment, providing regular updates to the Field Service Manager and BLM. 

You will administer the forward planning of all open orders, ensuring that the service department requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.You will support the VTS Field Service Manager and set the Field Service Engineers work schedules in order to maximize efficiency and minimize work in progress.You will ensure orders are correctly allocated and released to the FSE before the visit date.You will ensure all parts are available and in the FSE’s storage location or customer site prior to visit.You will liaise with customers by phone or e-mail to arrange and confirm the service visits, and ensure they are fully aware of the work and the date the work is to be carried out.You will enter and maintain all orders, to ensure all work is correctly allocated, so that quality reports can be gathered via SAP reporting facilities and other tools.You will regularly liaise with the Business Development Manager, Field Service Manager, FSEs, internal departments and other Service Centers to expedite customer requests.You will regularly liaise with the Business Development Manager and Field Service Manager in order to highlight and resolve any operational / planning problems in an effective and efficient manner.You will collate information from the FSEs in order to accurately record and maintain customer records and information.You will maintain open service issues log and support weekly review of the log during online meetings.You will undertake ad-hoc project work as and when required.

What we expect of you? 

High school diploma, some college preferred.Minimum of 2 years relevant service coordination and/or dispatch experience.Strong knowledge of CRM systems, but SAP or C4C preferredExcellent planning capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvementGreat empathy and internal/ external customer focus and commitmentGood business understanding and cost consciousnessProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
