The Administrative Assistant is a team player who "wears many hats" to provide key operational, project, and scheduling support to support the general success & day-to-day functioning of the day center. The Administrative Assistant’s specific duties will vary based on the supervisor’s scope and particular needs of the assigned market they support, while prioritizing excellence with interfacing with participants, colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

As our first hire at WelbeHealth's newest market in Brooklyn, you will play a key piece in setting up operations for success as a brand-new PACE program to better serve our Brooklyn-based seniors. 

This is a fully onsite position at our brand-new Brooklyn, New York center with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. 

Essential Job Duties:

Provide administrative aid to the operations of the center by assisting with clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or in aid of other day center disciplines as needed Managing all incoming communication & inquiries (phone, email, etc.) from internal and external stakeholders.  Coordinate meetings and help with scheduling needs including internal team meetings & marketing events.  Provide direct support to our Launch team on all action items to ensure we are on track for opening of the Brooklyn market.  Order and supply management along with facility management responsibilities including coordinating with vendors, managing mail service & package deliveries, and ensuring functionality of all new equipment. 

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced work environment  Highly motivated, self-directed, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations, strong customer service orientation. Demonstrated technological experience within Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  Excellent organizational and communication skills with commitment to serving the most vulnerable senior population.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $23.23 -$27.87 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
