JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Maintaining dining areas of service according to the brand’s quality and servicestandards Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to hourlystaff Conducts walk through of dining and storage areas to ensure all areas are clean andorganized Covering extra shifts as required,inthe case of staff shortage, to ensure service standards aremaintained Ensures all policies and procedures as they relate to quality standards, uniform policy, cash handling, and qualitypresentation Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma/GED, post-high school educationpreferred Minimum of 1 year in hotel customer service role
