JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides exceptional Guest Service Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed Prepare room for events: set table cloths, dishes, silverware as needed Assist in cleaning and organizing at the completion of an event Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and serviceprocedureServe guests food and drinks during event as requiredAbide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicatedguestsAccommodate any needs for reasonable special requestsFollow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Banquet ManagerOther duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GEDPrevious food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel experience required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Able to work flexible hours andshiftsAbility to communicate effectivelyverballyTeam playerAbility to multi-task
