Technical Support Engineering jobs are available at Belcan"s West Palm Beach, FL facility. They are a direct, full-time position with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need a bachelor"s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in related technical field and at least 2 years of experience

Technical Support Engineer job duties:
*Review engineering data from various sources for maintenance of gas turbine engines and provide feedback to engineering teams to produce technical data packages.
*Receives, processes and properly formats publication change requests and illustrations into gas turbine engine maintenance manuals via various software applications such as arbortext, edits and corrects printing errors
*Interacts with engineers and existing clients to ensure highest quality product
*Adheres to latest ACE and ISO 9000/9001 requirements
*Develop technical data packages from source data and incorporate into gas turbine engine technical manuals.

Qualifications:
*Bachelors of Science degree and 2 years of experience
*Familiarity with gas turbine or aircraft engine maintenance operations a plus.
*Experience with technical, mechanical, and electrical systems.
*Operational experience with Technical Authoring applications and/or customer support engineering systems.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of application tools.
*Previous experience in programming languages or illustration applications a plus.
*Due to the nature of the work being done all applicants must be U. S. Citizens.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary of $70,000 to $90,000 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
