Job Summary

Environmental Health Safety and Security Data Analyst position will be responsible for providing support to the EHSS team through systems administration including Samba Safety, Vigilo, Intelx, Lytx, Transflo/Geotab, CSA and report building in PowerBi and Excel. This role is responsible for collaboratively identifying opportunities to positively impact business results, changes to processes and supporting strategic initiatives. 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Administration of Safety Data and Systems such as Samba, Vigilo,Quorta, Intelex, Lytx, and Geo Tab/Trans Flo.  Monitor CSA scores for analysis. Function as data analytics and reporting analyst by developing standard reports; designing, running and maintaining ad-hoc queries; maintaining data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing and auditing of data from through systems such as Power Bi, Excel, SQL and Excel. Provides analytic observations and business recommendations, and reports on metrics to assist stakeholders.  Supports the production of weekly, monthly, year-to-date and year-end reporting, including variance and trend analysis of results to safety KPIs, prior year and forecast. Ensures the integrity of data and reporting. Partner with finance, recruiting, operations, maintenance, HR and IT teams to drive data informed business decisions.  Requirements

 1 year's data analysis and reporting experience. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think logically and creatively to ensure that the information provided is insightful to the recipient. Highly organized, deadline oriented, possess high attention to detail. Proficient with data Microsoft Suite such Excel, Forms, Sharepoint, Word and PowerPoint. Proficient with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Power Query Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management. Flexible and adaptable in responding to changing priorities and requests. Experience with safety, DOT, telematics and risk highly preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business analytics, statistics, or relevant experience.
