About the Role

:

The Director of FP&A, Global DTC will be a key member of the Commercial Finance and Operations team in developing and maintaining an effective financial planning, reporting and analysis process. The Direct-to-Consumer team (DTC) consists of four pillars: North America Security, North America Identity, Rest of World DTC, and global mobile teams. This candidate will maintain global models and budgets, key KPIs, targets, and support ad-hoc modeling and analyses that drive actionable results.

Reports to : VP of Finance and Commercial Operations, Go-To-Market

Responsibilities :

Serve as a strategic advisor to the DTC and Mobile teams on business initiatives, growth opportunities, spend structure, business planning and integration.  Work closely with business segment leadership to improve and strategically support business operations, including ownership and accountability for financial performance.  Partner with Marketing Analytics to optimize marketing spend through various data science models and spend curves (targeting high CLV customers to ensure strong long-term growth), analyze program spend via funnel metrics for effectiveness. Develop key metrics and benchmarks to measure overall performance. Actively track all material initiatives and investments to summarize progress relative to commitments made during the planning process. Lead business unit planning processes. Creative and ad-hoc modeling that enables effective decision making. Oversee an organization of three individuals, fostering professional growth and retaining valuable talent through coaching and development opportunities.

Qualifications :

Understanding of the broader business context and ability to align financial decisions with the organization's strategic direction. Deep understanding of finance principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in a matrixed organization. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to interpret complex financial information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges and provide innovative solutions. Naturally curious with a passion about the business and related performance. 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including leadership positions.
