About the Role:

The Director of FP&A, Global DTC will be a key member of the Commercial Finance and Operations team in developing and maintaining an effective financial planning, reporting and analysis process. The Direct-to-Consumer team (DTC) consists of four pillars: North America Security, North America Identity, Rest of World DTC, and global mobile teams. This candidate will maintain global models and budgets, key KPIs, targets, and support ad-hoc modeling and analyses that drive actionable results.

Reports to: VP of Finance and Commercial Operations, Go-To-Market

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the DTC and Mobile teams on business initiatives, growth opportunities, spend structure, business planning and integration.
  • Work closely with business segment leadership to improve and strategically support business operations, including ownership and accountability for financial performance.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to optimize marketing spend through various data science models and spend curves (targeting high CLV customers to ensure strong long-term growth), analyze program spend via funnel metrics for effectiveness.
  • Develop key metrics and benchmarks to measure overall performance.
  • Actively track all material initiatives and investments to summarize progress relative to commitments made during the planning process.
  • Lead business unit planning processes.
  • Creative and ad-hoc modeling that enables effective decision making.
  • Oversee an organization of three individuals, fostering professional growth and retaining valuable talent through coaching and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the broader business context and ability to align financial decisions with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Deep understanding of finance principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Naturally curious with a passion about the business and related performance.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including leadership positions.
