Description
The Project Coordinator will provide program insight and support for department initiatives and strategies. The Project Coordinator will work with sensitive data to develop opportunities for improvement. This role will also be responsible for coordination of ad hoc special projects and other such support. This a dynamic environment where new projects and initiatives arise regularly. The Project Coordinator may be asked to support new program efforts, changes to existing protocols, or other special projects, as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. 1-3 years of healthcare or research experience. Superior organizational and interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within a complex academic medical center. Demonstrated project coordination, team facilitation, and analytic skills. Ability to work within dynamic teams as well as independently.
