The Project Manager I - Marketing role is perfect for candidates who want to gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies in the IoT world, including hardware, SaaS, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Marketing team by coordinating multiple marketing projects for venture business units (VBUs); overseeing deliverables, timeline, and expectations for stakeholders. Support Marketing team to properly scope, map, and execute product launch plans. • Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets for all deliverables, identifying blockers and items for follow-up and managing their resolution. Facilitate communication across the Marketing team, VBUs, and other departments to ensure alignment; proactively identifying and resolving schedule dependencies, risks, and prioritization conflicts.Establish and measure project milestones; effectively prioritizing deliverables and managing cross-project dependencies to meet delivery goals.Maintain and communicate project status to internal and external project stakeholders.Create and maintain single-source-of-truth documentation for marketing projects.Analyze current Marketing team project management processes, make recommendations for improvements, and support team in their implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or project management disciplines2-4 years of hands-on project management or cross-functional marketing experience. Agency experience is a plus.Experience or demonstrated interest in tech-related marketing.Comfort in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating across multiple teams (sales, creative, and product management); customer service mentality with a willingness to resolve issues completely.Takes pride in organizational skills, demonstrated desire to for process improvement.Proactive communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires understanding and coordinating a complex project suite across many teams. Ability to context switch, desire to learn, willingness to be flexible. Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
