After a day exploring our city, unwind at our rooftop pool oasis, enjoy the ultimate in entertainment at our Topgolf Swing Suites, indulge and pamper at The Spa and our Krigler perfumery boutique and savour flavourful dishes from Chef Partner Richard Sandoval at Toro Toro and Bayou & Bottle.BASIC PURPOSE: Set-up and clearing of china, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions as well as attend to guest needs and requests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth inEmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
1. Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
2. Six months food and beverage experience preferred.
