Be ready to:

• interact directly with business units and business analysts

• participate in all phases of the software development life cycle

• interact directly with other IT areas for interface development

• work effectively with product vendors on co-development efforts

• use code management and defect management tools

• analyze and amend business and solution requirements in order to develop successful implementation
