We are seeking an experienced Automotive Line Technician.
Automotive Line Technician Aptitudes:
Functional/technical skills, take direction, attention to detail, sense of urgency, dependable/timely, team player, motivated, positive mental attitude
Automotive Line Technician Responsibilities:
Order Completion - Conduct full Digital Vehicle Inspection for mechanical and safety concerns, documenting all observations. Report solutions for customer concerns to front desk staff. Perform authorized repairs and maintenance work including but not limited to lube/tire/brake/alignment/suspension work, engine/drivetrain/electrical work. Test drive vehicles. Work assigned jobs through from start to finish. Assist other technicians as needed.
Elevation of Technical Issues - Communication of further required repairs, parts and labor communication with front desk staff, providing technical explanations for customers
Other - Assist with other shop tasks as assigned. Keep workspaces neat and clean per organizational and regulatory requirements.
Automotive Line Technician Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Technical knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic elements including but not limited to HVAC, computer/sensors, electrical systems, engine/drivetrain, suspension/braking, emissions, etc. Ability to work on domestic and foreign automobiles, Desire to earn ASE Certifications for advancement.
