Porsche Service Technician

At Swickard Auto Group, we're seeking a skilled Porsche Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers' vehicles are running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnostic Expertise: Analyze customer concerns and symptoms to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems.
- Repair and Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of various vehicle systems, prepare repair plans, and execute repairs according to service manuals and manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical issues in an understandable way, and provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.
- Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, including their operation, diagnosis, and repair, and stay up to date on new technologies and repair procedures through training and certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician or related automotive repair experience, with completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Possession of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications is a strong plus.
