Responsibilities
Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors Review documents such as HAWB’s, BOLs and invoices in order to compute fees and charges due Keep records of support documents Resolve discrepancies in accounting records Contact vendors in order to obtain or relay account information Answer email and telephone inquiries regarding rates, routing and procedures Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain over time
Qualifications
. Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience Very good proficiency in various PC business software programs MS ExcelStrong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Experience in transportation industry is a plus

Work Environment:
