Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, ORA comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.At least three years of sales experience required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong leadership abilities with a passion for driving results.Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

As Assistant Director of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging our newly enhanced amenities and facilities, you'll expand our sales efforts, cultivating relationships with key clients, and securing business that showcases the best of what our hotel has to offer.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
