We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistics Director to join our team at Kelly Services. As a key member of our Global Technical Operations, you will provide expert statistical and data analytical expertise to drive business transformation in the biopharmaceutical industry.

• Provide expert biostatistical guidance in the planning and execution of projects requiring advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
• Lead the application of statistical methodologies, including mixed-models, multivariate methods, categorical data analysis, and Bayesian methodologies.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) or consultants for complex statistical work while focusing on uplifting the entire organization to enable self-serve capabilities for basic statistical tasks.
• Assist in the design and delivery of data science and AI solutions and models to support biostatistical analysis and broader organizational needs.

• PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, or an MS with 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Deep understanding of biostatistical methods including mixed-models, multivariate methods, categorical data analysis, Bayesian methodologies, etc.
• Proficiency with statistical software (R, JMP, SAS required; MatLab, Python highly desirable).
