Our client is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to develop and deliver technical training programs for internal and external customers. This role involves creating curriculum, coordinating training events, and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical training classes and hands-on labs.
  • Develop technical curriculum and online course content.
  • Schedule and facilitate training events for internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with trade-specific schools to implement training programs.
  • Support associate onboarding and technical student programs.
  • Maintain training compliance and serve as an application administrator.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Champion online training content and software maintenance.
  • Participate in safety committee meetings.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Associates Degree or related technical certificate required.
    • Bachelor's Degree or related technical certificate preferred.

      Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in technical training or education required. Experience developing training content and tools. Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in technical training preferred. Background in electrical controls or related trade preferred. Competency within thermal fluid and web handling controls is advantageous.
