Are you a seasoned and visionary leader with a track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects and programs? We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join Avanade as a Delivery Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and successful delivery of strategic projects, driving customer satisfaction and growth.

As a Delivery Lead, you will take charge of leading our most critical and complex projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered with utmost excellence, adhering to schedule, budget and quality benchmarks. Your role will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and supporting key sales pursuits, making you an integral part of our business growth strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide mentorship and technical expertise to our talented colleagues.Together we do what matters. Deep understanding of contract terms and interpretation, coupled with excellent client stakeholder and expectations managementProven experience employing key Project/Program Management disciplines, work planning, and scope management.Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques, complemented by a working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologiesStrong people management abilities, including team leadership and mentorshipWhile not required, having a Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PgM certification and a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field will be advantageous. We value a blend of expertise and educational background to drive innovation and excellence in our projectsIdeal candidates very strong project and service management experience in an IT environment, particularly for global external clients.
