Representative, Cash Receipts

UTA is seeking a Representative, Cash Receipts to join the Accounting team in Beverly Hills. This role will report to the Manager, Cash Management and be a part of treasury. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented, and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.
What You Will Do
Apply cash receipts in booking subledger to the proper client booking in a timely mannerMonitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, ACH payments from buyers and clientsResponsible for researching any unapplied cash to client bookingsReconcile cash receipts backup to the booking detailResearch variances between booking and cash receiptProvide backup to other team members who are responsible for client receivable related fillingAddress stakeholder inquiresAssist with ad hoc requestsWhat You Will Need
1+ years of Accounting experienceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics is strongly preferredPrevious experience within Entertainment or Banking highly preferredPrior experience in a customer service focused role a plusProficient in Excel, Outlook and experienced with ERP system preferredExcellent Communication Skills – both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skill – must be able to explain accounting details and conceptsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a sense of urgencyWhat You Will Get
